The Karlsen Karlsen Presence is created for the memorable moments when you want to be confident yet subtle. A timepiece that, despite its humble appearance, will create an elegant presence on your wrist.
Made out of 316L stainless steel and designed and engineered “in-house”. Its subtle size (37 x 6.6 mm) and elegant, discrete lines make the case perfectly accompany any wrist. Every surface have been hand polished for a flawless, mirrored finish.
The round, subtle silvered dial has applied index markers and countersunk sub-seconds register at six o’clock. «Karlsen Karlsen» is the only reference on the sunburst finished dial. Manufactured in Lörrach, Germany.
The hands have been drawn to perfectly fit the dial in order to get the perfect balance between elegance and function. The length is particularly thought of to match the minute track and hour indices, respectively. Made out of brass with a galvanized coating and polished surface. The minute and second hand measures only 0.2 mm in thickness.
No battery, no current, no electricity — just gears, springs and wheels in all its complex simplicity. The watch carries the manual wound, 17-jewels, ETA 7001 at its heart, beating away at a rate of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz). The 42-hour power reserve is more than enough to last what memorable moment you want to remember. This ultra flat caliber measures only 2.50 mm in height. Decorated with vertical satin brushing and perlage pattern.

The pouch, designed by Karlsen Karlsen and handmade in Belgium by Niyona, is made out of a subtle and linear grained box calf leather, from a tannery in France. The inside is lined with a light beige "suede" pork/pig leather. The small and practical size makes the pouch ideal for storing your Karlsen Karlsen at home or when traveling.
